Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note, Feline Swim is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS or DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available.

Feline Swim is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been considered lost by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.

DHL Express Shipping requires a signature on delivery unless authority to leave is granted.If authority to leave is granted, the package may be left unattended. Please ensure that there is a safe location for the parcel to be left.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/rejected/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be returned to Feline Swim. Consequently, there will be a $30 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
