The Philo is a cheeky style that can be worn either low-rise or pulled up for a high-cut leg look. This bottom has dainty, thin adjustable side straps that elevate the itsy bitsy bikini.  Our deadstock fabric was selected from leftover fabric production to reduce our carbon footprint. The Ruby colorway is designed with Nou.
